Shipping & Returns
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days via USPS. If, after ordering, we discover an item is illegal in your state we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
Damage During Shipping
Be sure to check your order carefully once it arrives for any shipping damages. You can submit claims for any damaged items by emailing us at info@Newfoundationscbd.com within 3 days after receiving the shipment. Please include specific details and photos of product damage. A product coordinator will contact you to replace the damaged items.
Your satisfaction with New Foundations CBD products is of the utmost importance to us. We want you to experience the full benefits of our premium hemp products. If you use any of the New Foundations CBD products for 30 days and don’t feel better, we will give you a full refund. You can request a full refund by emailing us at info@Newfoundationscbd.com. A product coordinator will contact you to see what product may better suit your needs. Keep in mind that you will need to pay for shipping on the item you are sending back to us.

3) Once we receive your package at our facility and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
**Please note merchandise must be postmarked for return or exchange within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
